How long does my order take to ship?

You can expect your artwork to arrive within 5 working days if you live in the UK. After your order has been carefully packaged it will be sent by Royal Mail on a tracked delivery. Please note that orders are sent out twice a week - typically on a Tuesday and Thursday. Once your order has been posted you will receive email confirmation of dispatch. (Please check junk folders if you have not received an email).

What is your return policy? 

I hope you are delighted with your artwork, but in the event that you consider it not to be an accurate reflection of what you saw online, returns are accepted. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s), providing it is returned in its original form, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
